User Account

By creating an account and accepting these terms, you become a member of our community and agree to the use of files under the GPL license, which our platform supports and uses.

You represent that all information you provide is true, accurate, and complete, and undertake to keep it up to date (including your email address). Your subscription is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for any use of the account using your username and password, and must keep them secure.

Accounts that have been inactive for more than 6 (six) months may be removed from the system (when there are no active sales). Transaction data will be preserved for legal and accounting purposes.

Age

You must be 18 or older to become a Subscriber/Member. If you are under 18, you must use the account of a legal guardian of legal age, who will be fully responsible for your activities.

Exclusive Products (Plugins and Themes)

Products developed exclusively by our team (such as original plugins and themes) ours) may have restricted access to Business plan subscribers, with use limited to a defined number of licenses, generally 10 (ten) licenses per product, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Subscribers to other plans will not have access to such exclusive products, except when purchased separately, under specific conditions.

Account Closure

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that show signs of inappropriate use or violation of these terms. Situations that may lead to termination include, but are not limited to:

• Signs of resale or plagiarism of our products;
• Download standards incompatible with reasonable individual use;
• Hostile or harmful behavior towards the platform or staff;
• Attempt to make it difficult to identify piracy practices.

Once closed, your account will no longer be able to access the products or services purchased. If you do not agree with these terms, we recommend that you do not make the purchase.

Notice: Terminations will be carried out whenever there are reasonable grounds. Refunds will not be granted outside the legal period of 7 (seven) days provided for in the Consumer Protection Code.

Your responsibility

You promise that the information you provide to us is true, accurate and complete and that you will keep your account information up to date (including a current email address). Your subscription is non-transferable. You are responsible for any use of our platform that occurs in conjunction with your username and password, so please keep your password secure and do not allow anyone else to use your username or password. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your password or any breach of security, you must notify us immediately.

Reimbursement

According to Brazilian law, the customer is entitled to a full refund within 7 (seven) days from the date of purchase. After this period, refunds will not be granted, except in exceptional circumstances, such as a proven technical failure.

There will be no refund when:

• The product has already been downloaded;
• The client does not have the technical capacity to use it;
• The item can no longer be downloaded due to its removal from the site;
• The user is in disagreement with the fair use policy.

It is important to highlight that, except in relation to products developed by our team (properly identified), we are not responsible for the performance or compatibility of the products, since our platform acts as an intermediary for items under the GPL license.

Fair Play and Conduct

The use of the platform must respect the principles of fair use and in good faith. It is not permitted:

• Share, resell or redistribute products in an unauthorized manner;
• Use bulk download managers;
• Commit acts of piracy, hacking, spam or illicit activities;
• Engaging in abusive behavior toward staff or other customers.

Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of the account, without refund outside the legal deadline.

Fair Use Policy

We operate a fair use download policy. Our platform is for real people to use, using their real details. It is NOT for other 'GPL' sites to use for the purpose of adding to their stock. We do not allow sharing, reselling or stacking our products. This is expressly prohibited, and no refunds will be provided. The use of download managers is prohibited, and if a user is found doing so, their account will be terminated without refunds.

Looking at your download patterns, if we find you to be a “suspect/potential violator”, we may close your account and will not issue any refunds.
This is usually caused by the following (but not limited to):

1. Download only new files;
2. Download lots of files that you may not use for many days;
3. There is no connection between the downloaded files;
4. All or a significant portion of the products leaked from our site and republished on other sites are compatible with your download standards.

Product and Price Changes

We do not guarantee the permanent availability of any specific item. We reserve the right to modify, replace, or discontinue products at any time, with or without prior notice. Similarly, plan and product prices may be updated upon publication on our website.

Justifications for alteration, replacement or removal of products (including, but not limited to):

1. The product has become incompatible or discontinued by the original developer;
2. The product is generating many complaints of failures from users;
3. The product whose excessive complexity generates recurring difficulties in use reported by users;
4. The file has been corrupted due to technical failures of third-party hosting or distribution services;
5. The product was on temporary promotion and the price needed to be adjusted.

1. NOTE: Generally, when we remove a template, theme, or plugin from the platform, we try to add an equivalent to make up for the lack of that product.
2. NOTE: We will never remove products from a given plan to upgrade to a higher one. We consider this practice abusive and always strive for ethical behavior with our users.
