With plans that support requests, you can request files that aren’t in your dashboard, like premium themes, advanced plugins, or templates from Envato Elements. Just let us know what you want — and if it fits the terms of use, we’ll add it for you.

📦 What can be requested?

• Premium WordPress Themes That Are Practical
• Premium plugins distributed under GPL license
• WordPress Files

Remember: we only provide files that are within the guidelines of the GPL license or that are possible for legal distribution.

We also test the files before including them in the platform. If the requested theme/template/file is not easy to use, is no longer updated by the developer or is of low quality, the file will not be included, as we value the quality of the files on our platform.

✅ What you need to do:

1. Find the template, plugin or theme you want
2. Copy the file name or link (URL)
3. Access the request page within your account
4. Paste the information into the form
5. Wait for analysis and release (normally within 72 business hours)

ℹ️ About Envato Templates

You can choose any template from Envato Elements (no account required). Just upload the file link and our team will convert and make it available to you.

• The request does not guarantee the release of the file.
• If the file is not compatible with the GPL structure, we will contact you.
• We do not provide encoded, nulled or copyright infringing files.

⚠️ Can't request files?

This can happen for two reasons:

• You have reached your monthly request limit.
• Your current plan does not allow active requests
