The Pack de Sites product and platform hosted on packdesites.com and other subdomains are products belonging to the company Agência Render LTDA CNPJ: 41.632.045/0001-66. When we say “we”, “us” or “our” we are referring to all domains and subdomains of packdesites.com.

Account Closure

We have the right to close any account that we consider risky or suspicious, without prior notice and without providing any evidence, without refund.
Our reasons for making this decision may be one of the following, or another reason not listed here:

• We suspect that our products are being resold or plagiarized;
• The number of products you have downloaded, the inconsistency between the products you have downloaded, download habits that are very different from the majority of our users;
• Hostile and intentional behavior that harms our platform;
• If your downloading habits are making it difficult to identify users who steal our products from our site.

Once your account is closed, you will not be able to access any products or services you purchased again.
If you feel that it is not advantageous for you to use our platform under these conditions, please do not purchase any products or services.

Please note that if you make a purchase, your account may be terminated without any proof required and no refunds will be made.

User Account

By creating an account and accepting these terms, you become a member of our community. During your time with us, you agree to follow the basic rules outlined in these terms, so please read and understand them carefully.

Account deletion

Any inactive account older than six months will be deleted (without active sales) from our system. All transaction data will be kept for accounting purposes.

Acceptance of terms

If you do not accept the terms, then you will need to exit the platform because your presence and use of the site is conditioned on your acceptance to be bound by these terms and the Privacy Policy, regardless of whether you become a member or not.

Member/Subscriber

When you become a Subscriber or Member, you can access our directory of items that must be used under the GPL license. Only real people, using your real data, can make the purchase.

Age

You must be 18 years of age or older to become a Subscriber or Member. If you are under 18, you must use the account of a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years of age, with your permission, and that adult will be responsible for all of your activities.

Your responsibility

You promise that the information you provide to us is true, accurate and complete and that you will keep your account information up to date (including a current email address). Your subscription is non-transferable. You are responsible for any use of our platform that occurs in conjunction with your username and password, so please keep your password secure and do not allow anyone else to use your username or password. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your password or any breach of security, you must notify us immediately.

Reimbursement

Given the nature of digital content that can be downloaded instantly after a purchase has been made; there is no “Trial” or “Grace Period” after the purchase of a subscription or any product, meaning that all sales are final. Once you have downloaded an item, there is no way to “return” it. As such, refunds cannot be provided unless we have made changes to these terms that materially affect you to your detriment.

Refund requests will not be honored in any way if any product has already been downloaded.

Refund Requests

We will assess refund requests on their merits, but generally there is no obligation to provide a refund if:

• you changed your mind;
• you purchased by mistake;
• you ask for good will;
• you do not have the technical ability to make the item work;
• you can no longer download the item because it has been removed from our website;
• You are violating our Fair Play policy (see below).

Furthermore, we inform you that our platform is not a manufacturing company and is not responsible for the performance of the downloaded products, whether they meet your expectations or whether the products work efficiently. If this is not acceptable to you, please do not purchase any services or products from us.

In accordance with consumer rights, we offer an unconditional 7-day refund. After this period, the above refund policy applies.

Fair play and conduct

Your use of our platform including the content and items must comply with our policies from time to time, including any fair use policies. Being a Subscriber/Member is not an automatic right, it is a benefit for those who follow our reasonable rules. We hope you will be with us for a long time. We may suspend or terminate your subscription account at any time for any reason (acting reasonably, of course), including:

• if you violate these terms;
• if you act in a way that is not aligned with the values of our community; or
• if you act in a way that could cause harm to us or others.

If we decide to permanently close your account, you should not apply for a new account as you will unfortunately no longer be welcome.

No refunds will be provided to customers whose accounts are terminated. Examples of reasons for termination may include:

• Abusive behavior and/or excessive negativity towards our staff and/or other customers;
• Repeated defamatory, malicious and/or false statements, including slander against us and/or attempts to persuade potential customers not to purchase our products;
• Promote competing products, contributing to software piracy, hacking, spam or other illegal acts;
• Attempting to circumvent our fair use policy (see below).

Fair Use Policy

We operate a fair use download policy. Our platform is for real people to use, using their real details. It is NOT for other 'GPL' sites to use for the purpose of adding to their stock. We do not allow sharing, reselling or stacking our products. This is expressly prohibited and no refunds will be provided. The use of download managers is prohibited and if a user is found to be using such they risk account termination.

Looking at your download patterns, if we find you to be a “suspected/potential violator” (without having to prove it), we may close your account and will not issue any refunds for this.
This is usually caused by the following (but not limited to)
1- Download only new files;
2- Download a lot of files that you may not use for many days;
3- There is no connection between the downloaded files;
4- All or a significant portion of the products leaked from our website and republished on other websites are compatible with your download standards.

Membership and/or price changes

We do not promise that any particular item will continue to be available on our site. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue all or part of the downloads with or without notice. In addition, we may add new downloads with or without notice. Prices for any products or membership plan are subject to change at any time by posting the changes on our site.

Trademark, Copyright and Intellectual Property Claims

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that an item or content on our platform infringes any intellectual property right, please contact us at [email protected].

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms at any time and if we make changes we will take reasonable steps to inform our Members/Subscribers of the changes.
