Given the nature of digital content that can be downloaded instantly after a purchase has been made; there is no “Trial” or “Grace Period” after the purchase of a subscription or any product, meaning that all sales are final. Once you have downloaded an item, there is no way to “return” it. As such, refunds cannot be provided unless we have made changes to these terms that materially affect you to your detriment.
Refund requests will not be honored in any way if any product has already been downloaded.
Refund Requests
We will assess refund requests on their merits, but generally there is no obligation to provide a refund if:
- You changed your mind;
- You purchased by mistake;
- You ask for good will;
- You do not have the technical ability to make the item work;
- You can no longer download the item because it has been removed from our website;
- You purchased an individual license for a software/plugin/theme and we have already installed it on your account;
- You are violating our Fair Play policy (see below).
Exceptions and Additional Considerations
In exceptional circumstances, we may consider a partial or full refund if:
- The purchased item is damaged or corrupted: If you prove that the product cannot be used as described due to technical problems intrinsic to the file itself.
- Processing error: If there is a technical error in the processing of the payment or in the supply of the product that prevents access to the purchased item.
- Misleading description: If the product does not match the description provided on our platform.
Procedure for Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please follow the steps below:
- Contact us by email ([email protected]) within 7 days of purchase with your detailed request and the reasons for the refund request.
- Provide adequate evidence, if necessary, to support your claim (e.g. screenshots, error messages, etc.).
- Wait for our analysis: We will review your request and contact you within 5 business days to inform you of our decision.
Fair Play Policy
Our Fair Play policy aims to ensure that all users have a fair and positive experience on our platform. As part of this policy:
- Unauthorized use: It is prohibited to redistribute, resell, or share our products with third parties.
- Excessive downloads: We monitor and limit the number of downloads allowed for each user to prevent abuse of our platform.
Violation of this policy will result in immediate suspension of your account and loss of access to purchased products, without refund.
Limitations of Liability
Furthermore, we inform you that our platform is not a manufacturing company and is not responsible for the performance of the downloaded products, whether they meet your expectations or whether the products work efficiently. If this is not acceptable to you, please do not purchase any services or products from us.
Refund Deadlines
The refund period will depend on the payment method used.
- Credit card payments: The refund period is usually up to 48 hours, but it can take up to 3 credit card statements. Check the deadlines with your card provider.
- Payments via Pix: The refund on our part takes up to 7 business days.
